Exporting a healthcare model as comprehensive as the Emirates Speciality Hospital to Dubai was not an easy task, and it required considerable planning at the planning stage. Many doctors and clinical staff were involved in the planning of each care area, and hundreds designers and planners from around the world contributed to the design of the building. LLH Hospital Established in 2007, LLH Hospital is a multi-specialty hospital based in Abu Dhabi that offers the highest level of medical excellence. It was created by Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil founded and accredited by JCL. Falcon Hospital Sweihan Road-Al Shamkha, half an hour drive outside of Abu Dhabi City. The eight-lane motorway runs straight towards the desert. They cannot see anything of the room with the gleaming marble floor, the colored armchairs and the images of the male rulers of Abu Dhabi who, with a stern look, are omnipresent in every public space. Al Ain Hospital The large scale Al-Ain Hospital was planned and coordinated by the planners using the BIM method. The processing lasted from 2009 to 2013. From the start of planning, the whole building was continuously linked to a virtual building model. Designers and specialists worked together in a 3D construction from the beginning of the process. In addition to the three-dimensional room coordination with the stakeholders, this enabled simulations of the building, taking into account the desert climate. Because the clinic should be as efficient and sustainable as possible. For example, panels and a sophisticated air conditioning were installed on the roofs, and a good facade insulation also ensures low energy consumption.
